ITSync; saying what you do and doing what you say!
ITSync is a young company in the secondment market that distinguishes itself with a personal approach and open and honest communication.
Our services are specialised on both ZZP'ers, and entrepreneurs without their own company, but both focused on a professional attitude towards a flexible working environment.
We are not a big player, which allows us to give personal attention to 'our' consultants. There must always be clarity in advance about the conditions under which the cooperation is entered into. Managing expectations is our top priority.
We also have short lines of communication with our clients, almost always directly, sometimes with a link in between. This prevents noise on the line and keeps the financial overview clear.

Pros: The compensation for an IT Consultant in North Holland is competitive for the IT services industry. They offer a good salary, comprehensive health benefits, and a decent pension plan. The pay structure feels fair, especially with bonus opportunities.
Cons: While pay and benefits are strong, the approval process for specialized training courses can sometimes be a bit slow. It'd be great if the process was streamlined to help IT professionals quickly access new learning opportunities.
Advice to Management: Continue to invest in competitive compensation and benefits, which is a major strength. Consider simplifying processes for professional development requests to further support employee upskilling and career progression.

Pros: The best part about ITSync is definitely the culture. People are genuinely supportive and collaborative, which made coming to work each day enjoyable. I also appreciated the flexibility offered, making it easier to manage personal commitments. The tech stack we worked with was modern and relevant for the IT industry.
Cons: While overall positive, there's room for improvement in career pathing. Sometimes it felt like opportunities for advancement weren't clearly defined, and mentorship could be more structured. The pay and benefits, while decent, don't always feel competitive for the Amsterdam tech scene.
Advice to Management: Consider formalizing career development tracks and enhancing the benefits package to better attract and retain top talent in the competitive Amsterdam IT market.

Pros: The technical challenges are engaging, and I've learned a lot working on diverse client projects in the IT services industry. The team culture is very supportive, and collaboration is strong. We often work in a hybrid model, which offers good flexibility. The overall work-life balance is decent, allowing for personal time.
Cons: While the individual teams are great, there's a disconnect with higher leadership. Communication from senior management about company direction and strategic decisions can be infrequent or unclear. This sometimes makes it hard to understand the 'why' behind certain project changes or priorities.
Advice to Management: Continue fostering the strong team spirit and technical growth. Consider implementing more regular, transparent communication channels from leadership to keep everyone aligned on strategic goals and project roadmaps.
