Pros: I really appreciate the flexibility RigPro offers. Being able to adjust my schedule and work remotely a couple of days a week has been fantastic for managing personal commitments. The team is generally supportive, and there's a sense of camaraderie, especially within the engineering department.
Cons: While flexibility is great, sometimes communication across departments can be a bit slow, leading to minor delays on cross-functional projects. Also, the internal training resources, while present, could be more robust and up-to-date to keep pace with rapid industry changes in advanced manufacturing.
