As a Software Engineer, I've had the chance to work on challenging projects that push the boundaries of what we can do in the tech space. The collaborative atmosphere among the engineering teams is a definite highlight, and there are always opportunities to pick up new skills. The hybrid work model is also a big plus for maintaining work-life balance.
Cons: While leadership is generally supportive, there can be moments where project priorities shift quite rapidly, which can sometimes impact workflow. Also, the onboarding process, though comprehensive, could be a bit more integrated with team-specific tools and workflows from day one to speed up ramp-up time for new hires in the engineering department.
Advice to Management: Consider further refining project management processes to ensure consistency and better support for engineering teams during rapid growth phases. Enhance early integration of new hires into team workflows.
