About The Role
Are you a seasoned .NET developer ready to take on a leadership role? We’re looking for a Technical Lead who can combine technical excellence with team guidance to drive the success of our software development initiatives.
You’ll play a pivotal role in leading solution design, code quality and system performance while ensuring smooth collaboration between developers, DevOps, QA and UI/UX teams. This is your opportunity to shape scalable, high-performance applications that support business-critical operations across the region.
Core Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of .NET-based applications
- Ensure code quality through peer reviews, SOLID principles and modern design patterns
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging tools, frameworks and cloud-based technologies
Project Management
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical direction within the team
- Plan and manage sprint cycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and UI/UX to ensure alignment across project deliverables
Development & Implementation
- Manage full SDLC for web, desktop, and API-based applications
- Improve system performance through smart code structuring, caching and database tuning
- Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments
- Enforce security best practices (e.g., OWASP standards, secure authentication and authorisation)
Stakeholder & Client Collaboration
- Partner with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Provide feasibility analysis and contribute to architectural decision-making
- Prepare system documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical reports for internal and external use
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of .NET development experience, including at least 1 year in a technical leadership role
Technical Skills
Strong Hands-on Expertise In
- .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
- SQL Server, Entity Framework and database optimisation
- DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, and automated CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., Angular) is a plus
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services, Docker, and Kubernetes is an advantage
- Familiarity with multi-tenancy frameworks, serverless computing, and event-driven architecture is a bonus
Soft Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines
