Job Description

As a Technical Lead (CDD), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, performance, and successful delivery of compliance technology solutions supporting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Transaction Monitoring initiatives.Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead technical support and system maintenance across SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Drive application development, implementation, enhancement, and support activities for compliance-related systems.
  • Manage project delivery, timelines, resources, and technical workstreams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability while ensuring service levels are consistently achieved.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Lead problem resolution efforts and coordinate recovery activities for critical incidents.
  • Ensure solutions comply with SDLC, IT security, governance, and audit requirements.
  • Mentor and coordinate technical team members to deliver quality outcomes within project deadlines.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Technical Lead (CDD) Should Have

  • Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in application development, testing, project delivery, and enterprise IT solution implementation.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle technologies, SQL/PLSQL, databases, shell scripting, and enterprise application environments.
  • Experience supporting Windows, Unix/Linux, RedHat, Solaris, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with AML, KYC, CDD, data warehouse, or financial compliance-related systems.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery methodologies, testing frameworks, and project governance.
  • Leadership capabilities with the confidence to manage stakeholders, coordinate teams, and drive project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exposure to testing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, Cucumber, and related technologies will be advantageous
