Task

Receiving, cataloguing, and storing incoming goods and materials in the warehouse
Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels using our inventory management system
Picking, packing, and dispatching orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner
Conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies or issues
Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of the warehouse layout and storage areas
Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Supporting the logistics team with any other tasks as required

Requirement

At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar store or warehouse clerk role
Proficient in using computer
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and customers
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
