Decent flexibility, but some old-school thinking here.
Pros: I liked the option for remote work, especially as a Technical Support Specialist. We could often work from home a few days a week, which was a real plus for my work-life balance. It's a decent setup for an IT solutions provider.
Cons: The "hybrid" arrangement wasn't always consistent. Some managers really pushed for more onsite days, even when it wasn't strictly necessary. It made planning tricky, and sometimes you felt judged if you took advantage of the WFH policy too much. The lack of a clear, company-wide policy for work arrangements was frustrating.
Advice to Management: Really commit to the hybrid work model or define clear expectations. It'd help a lot with employee morale and clarity. Show more
