Pros: I've really enjoyed working with my fellow Software Engineers in the Kuala Lumpur office. The team camaraderie is solid. We get to work on some interesting project-based work, which keeps things fresh in the software development industry.
Cons: Job security here just isn't what it could be. There's constant restructuring, and projects get cancelled often, which makes me worry about my future here. For dev roles, it feels like they don't always have a clear long-term vision.
Advice to Management: Management needs to focus on providing more stable projects and clearer long-term vision. This constant uncertainty around job security makes people anxious and affects morale across the company. Invest in people, not just projects.
