Cons: It can feel a bit rigid and old-school sometimes, though. New ideas, especially for process improvements, don't always get much traction, which is tough in an established corporate setting. It just moves a bit slow if you're looking for quick changes.
Advice to Management: Encourage more bottom-up ideas and innovation, especially in the Penang office. Modernize some of the internal communication to make employees feel more heard.
