Damansara REIT Managers Sdn Berhad (“DRMSB”) was incorporated in Malaysia on 8th December 2005. It is wholly owned by Damansara Assets Sdn Bhd (“DASB”) which in turn is 100% owned by Johor Corporation. The registered office is at Level 16, Menara KOMTAR, Johor Bahru City Centre 80000 Johor Bahru, Johor. DRMSB is a Malaysian based company focused on the management of public listed real estate investment trusts (“REIT”). DRMSB currently manages two REITs known as Al-‘Aqar Healthcare REIT (“Al-`Aqar”) and Al-Salam Real Estate Investment Trusts ("Al-Salam"). As at 31 December 2017, DRMSB has total assets under management ("AUM") of RM1.46 billion comprising 22 properties for Al-'Aqar and RM928 million comprising 31 properties for Al-Salam.
