Pros: The job security for a Production Supervisor is decent in the plastic manufacturing industry. Pay is okay, you get steady hours and the Shah Alam office location is convenient if you live nearby. Benefits are standard.
Cons: Work-life balance is tough because there's barely any work flexibility. For onsite roles like mine, working from home isn't an option at all. You're pretty much stuck to the strict shift schedule, which makes personal appointments tricky.
Advice to Management: Try to find ways to offer some minor flexibility, even for production roles. Maybe adjusted shifts or more understanding for appointments. It would really help with morale and reduce burnout for the team.
