Cons: For Customer Success Specialist roles, it's less flexible than I hoped. Working with clients in different time zones means early starts or late finishes sometimes for the restaurant tech industry.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize flexibility options across all departments, not just engineering. Customer-facing roles also need a bit more leeway sometimes, especially with the demanding nature of the restaurant tech industry.
