Pros: The best part is definitely the team. As a Dental Assistant, my colleagues in the Dallas office were always ready to help. We really pulled together for patient care, which made the day go faster. It's a decent spot for a new Dental Assistant to learn.
Cons: Company culture could use some work. There's not much communication from management. They don't really do team-building events, which is tough for a mid-sized dental group. It often felt like just clocking in and out.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more team spirit and organize some social events. Better communication from leadership would also help a lot.
