Okay Flexibility for Recruitment Consultants
Pros: The company does offer a hybrid model, which is nice. You get a few WFH days each week. This helps a lot when you're managing client calls and candidate interviews.
Cons: Still, there's pressure to be in the Singapore office often. It doesn't feel truly flexible sometimes. More autonomy for senior talent acquisition staff would be great.
Advice to Management: Trust your Recruitment Consultants more with their schedules. True work-life balance isn't just about a hybrid model; it's about autonomy.

Hybrid Work is Okay, but Manager-Dependent
Pros: I've liked the hybrid work option as a Recruitment Consultant; getting a couple of WFH days helps. The Singapore office is well-located and pretty decent when you are onsite. It offers some good autonomy in the day-to-day for client meetings and candidate sourcing.
Cons: The 'flexibility' isn't always consistent across teams, which is tough. Some managers push for more office time than others, which impacts your WFH days. It can be hard to maintain a good work-life balance when client demands mean you're always on.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize the hybrid work policy more across all teams and managers. This would help a lot with consistency and employee morale.

Work Flexibility is Decent, But Could Be Better
Pros: You can sometimes work from home, especially if you're a senior Recruitment Consultant. The company offers some hybrid work days, which is good for avoiding the daily commute to the Singapore office.
Cons: Actual work flexibility can be pretty limited for junior roles. There's a strong expectation to be onsite most days. It's not truly flexible like some other companies in talent acquisition.
Advice to Management: Offer more consistent work from home options for all levels, not just senior staff. Trust your employees to get the job done remotely.
