Pros: The team in the Penang office is generally supportive, which is great for new Water Treatment Engineers. You get hands-on experience with real water treatment projects and learn a ton about environmental engineering.
Cons: Company culture can be a bit rigid, and things move slowly here. It's tough to get new ideas heard sometimes, and there isn't much work flexibility beyond onsite hours.
Advice to Management: Try to embrace more modern approaches and empower the younger engineering talent. Faster decision-making processes would really help improve company morale and efficiency.

Pros: The team in the Selangor office is solid, and for Project Engineer roles, the water treatment projects are genuinely interesting. You learn a lot if you're keen on environmental engineering.
Cons: Work-life balance here is often tough. As an onsite Project Engineer, you're looking at consistent 50+ hour weeks, especially during crucial project phases for wastewater solutions. It's hard to switch off.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage project timelines and resource allocation to prevent constant overtime, especially for field-based engineering roles. It would help with employee retention.
