Delitea Culture: Decent Team, High Pressure
Pros: The team here is solid, especially in our Kuala Lumpur office. We all really help each other out, which is a huge plus for onsite work. There's a good vibe among the staff, and management often provides staff meals.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough for a Cafe Manager, with long weekend shifts. Communication from upper management isn't always clear, which creates some confusion. It's a fast-paced environment, so you're always busy.
Advice to Management: Try to improve communication channels, especially for operational changes. Also, look into better staffing to ease the pressure on Cafe Managers during peak hours and weekends.

Leadership is okay, but needs work
Pros: Some managers genuinely care about their teams here, which is a big plus. They're accessible for immediate issues and daily support in our *Kuala Lumpur* plant. There's also a clear effort to innovate within the *F&B industry*, which keeps things interesting for *production supervisors*.
Cons: Upper leadership's vision changes way too often; it's hard to keep up. Communication from the top down often feels like an afterthought, not a priority. For a *mid-sized company*, they really struggle with consistent strategic direction, which impacts our day-to-day operations.
Advice to Management: Please focus on clearer, more consistent communication. Get feedback from production supervisors and middle management before rolling out big changes. Invest in leadership training for all levels; it would make a huge difference.
