Pros: The hybrid model is a definite plus; you get some days WFH which helps with personal stuff. For us in the Singapore office, not having to commute every day is huge. It's a decent option for basic work-life balance.
Cons: It's not truly flexible though. You still feel tied to your desk, and shifting hours for appointments can be tough. For some of the more demanding staffing solutions roles, the 'flexibility' just doesn't quite cut it, making long days a common thing.
Advice to Management: Give more genuine autonomy over schedules, especially for experienced Recruitment Consultants. It would really help with burnout.

Pros: The base salary as a Recruitment Consultant in the Singapore office is competitive. You get basic health coverage, which is fine. There are occasional team bonuses for hitting big targets in the staffing industry.
Cons: The commission structure for talent acquisition roles could be better, it's tough to consistently earn big. Retirement benefits aren't super generous compared to some other corporate environments. There's not much flexibility with the overall benefits package.
Advice to Management: Re-evaluate the commission structure to make it more achievable and motivating for all consultants. Consider enhancing retirement benefits to attract and retain top talent in the staffing industry.

Pros: The company offers a pretty solid hybrid work model, which helps. You can WFH a couple of days a week. There's also some decent flexibility around personal appointments if you communicate well with your manager. For a big corporate environment, that's a plus.
Cons: The recruitment industry is always tough, and it's very target-driven here. As a Recruitment Consultant, you often find yourself working late nights to hit quotas. It can be hard to switch off, especially during peak periods. The pressure can definitely affect your personal time.
Advice to Management: Try to balance the aggressive targets with more support for work-life integration. More structured breaks or incentives for hitting targets without excessive overtime could help morale.
