Okay Culture, But Lots of Site Pressure

Long hours hit hard in construction

Pros: The team on site is pretty solid. We really help each other out when things get rough. You learn a lot about hands-on building projects, which is great experience as a Site Supervisor.
Cons: Work-life balance here isn't good. I'm often working 60-hour weeks. There's almost no flexibility, especially with tight project deadlines in the construction industry.
