Leadership has its moments, good and bad
Pros: Some team leads are truly great. They support you well as a Software Engineer, especially with our hybrid work model. You feel trusted in the London office, which is nice.
Cons: The senior leadership team often feels out of touch with day-to-day operations. Communication can be a real issue, and sometimes decisions seem to come from nowhere. It's tough when you need clear direction for big projects.
Advice to Management: Try to get more input from individual contributor roles. Be more transparent with company-wide decisions and strategy. It'd really help with morale and clarity, especially for those in technical roles.
