Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
- Implement the Forvia Excellence System (FES) to ensure compliance with standards and timely management of production performance, personnel administration, and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) processes within the Autonomous Production Groups (GAP) under your responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with production based on the area’s PDP.
- Ensure compliance with the 8 Quality Basics and their continuous audits.
- Ensure product quality compliance according to internal and customer requirements.
- Ensure and guarantee traceability of components and finished goods on the production lines.
- Ensure that production in the SAP system is cross-checked with the information generated.
- Ensure Top 5 meetings are held at the beginning of each shift with assigned personnel.
- Verify that equipment and operator cycle times comply with the standard work.
- Ensure proper skills development of personnel through polyvalence and the training plan for category changes.
- Seek solutions to production issues through the KATA – QRCI tool and proper problem escalation.
- Report payroll incidents for assigned personnel accurately and on time.
- Promote team improvement actions.
- Lead QCDP initiatives and monitor area indicators.
- Follow up on absences of assigned personnel.
- Ensure compliance with the packaging standard designated by the customer.
- Coordinate ergonomic aspects of assigned personnel with the HSE department.
- Prepare the weekend production plan and manage attendance for the personnel under your responsibility.
- Carry out efficiency actions jointly with the manufacturing department.
- Comply with the defined Supervisor Routine.
- Ensure compliance with standardized work on the production line.
- Define and ensure polyvalence objectives together with the GAP Leader.
- Comply with the Code of Ethics and report any violations.
