Management is accessible and generally receptive to suggestions, which fosters a decent company culture.
Cons: Compensation and benefits could be more competitive, especially when compared to similar roles in larger aerospace hubs. While there are opportunities for advancement, the pace of career growth can feel slow, and formal training programs are not always robust.
