Pros: The base salary as a Content Moderator was actually pretty solid, especially for the Austin, TX tech scene. You can expect a decent living wage here. They do offer a standard 401k match, which is good to have.
Cons: The health insurance plans aren't the best, with high deductibles. There aren't many extra perks or unique benefits you'd expect from a growing social media platform. PTO accrual felt a bit slow, too.
Advice to Management: Consider enhancing the health benefits and adding some more competitive perks to attract and retain talent, especially in a competitive market like Austin. Better PTO would also be a big plus for employee morale.
