We create high quality and responsibly made jewelry to make every look outstanding & conscious – This is BRUNA 🤍
With BRUNA we have a mission - not a simple one, but ambitious and inspiring enough to make you an expert in your craft. We aim to not only make every look special but to contribute to a world where jewelry has a positive impact on our ecosystem. Feeling inspired? Become part of team BRUNA and join our mission, let’s walk this path together. We can’t wait to meet you!
But let's get back to the beginning … Everything started with the chance discovery of rare Keshi pearls on the island of Tahiti. These treasures are considered a by-product in pearl farming’s search for perfection, which sparked a unique idea in our founder. Since then, we’ve strived to embrace nature’s beauty and diversity in our one-of-a-kind jewelry.
With our collections, we focus on style, premium quality and longevity. Every piece is designed by our founder Helena herself and handcrafted by experts using only the highest-quality materials. Genuine pearls and natural gemstones - all unique in shape & colour, 18k gold vermeil and 925 sterling silver.
We are serious about making a change. For us, style should never come at the expense of the people producing it or the planet we call our home. Not only are all our materials ethically sourced and mainly recycled, but we also support social causes and environmental efforts to protect Mother Nature.
The BRUNA customers are our heroines - the same applies to our team. We don’t want to just write about us, we want to hero anyone interested in joining us. Meaning we can emphasize the opportunity and impact someone can have within BRUNA.

Rating Reviews
Rating is calculated based on

reviews and is evolving.
Pros: The team atmosphere at BRUNA is fantastic; everyone is really helpful and skilled. I appreciate the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology within the SaaS sector, which keeps the work engaging. The company truly values innovation, and there's a good level of autonomy in daily tasks. We get good exposure to different aspects of software development.
Cons: While the immediate management is accessible, upper leadership's strategic vision sometimes feels a bit unclear or shifts without much communication to the engineering teams. This can make long-term planning difficult and occasionally leads to rework or pivoting on projects. More consistent communication about company-wide goals would be beneficial.
Advice to Management: Consider clearer, more consistent communication of long-term strategic goals to ensure alignment across all teams and projects. This will help engineers plan more effectively and feel more connected to the company's overall direction.

Pros: The flexible hybrid model was a huge plus. I could work remotely a couple days a week. For an e-commerce role, the hours were generally manageable, not always 40 hours exactly but close.
Cons: Product launch weeks were really tough, often meaning 50+ hours. There's definitely a lot of pressure to constantly deliver in this fast-paced jewelry industry. It can feel like you're always on.
Advice to Management: Try to staff up more for peak e-commerce periods, especially during big sales or product launches. Better resource planning would really help the work-life balance for roles like the E-commerce Coordinator.

Pros: If you're good at your job as an E-commerce Specialist, you're pretty solid. This is a growing jewelry brand so there's always work, which helps with overall job security. They don't just let people go without a real reason.
Cons: Being a startup in the fashion industry, roles can shift really fast, which makes some people nervous. You can feel like your specific project might disappear, creating a bit of job insecurity. It's not a super stable corporate environment.
Advice to Management: Try to communicate role changes more clearly and give people a heads-up. It helps reduce anxiety about job security, especially for those in specialized e-commerce roles. Consistency helps a lot.
