Pros: I've really enjoyed the collaborative atmosphere at QualityPost. My colleagues are knowledgeable and always willing to help each other out, which makes tackling complex client issues much easier. The company offers good exposure to the growing customer experience technology sector. I've definitely learned a lot during my tenure.
Cons: While the company talks about work-life balance, there are periods, especially around major product updates or end-of-quarter client reviews, where the workload becomes quite intense. It can be hard to switch off. Sometimes, approval processes for certain client requests can feel a bit slow, which indirectly impacts workload management.
Advice to Management: Consider staffing more strategically during known high-demand periods, especially for roles like customer success and support, to better manage workload and prevent burnout. Streamlining some internal approval workflows could also significantly improve efficiency.
