Founded 108 years ago, “Gutiérrez Agency” was the first customs broker in the San Diego - Tijuana border established by a retired cavalry captain named Faustino Gutiérrez. His son and grandson expanded the business into one of the most prestigious firms in the Cali Baja region for more than 90 years, known today as G-Global.
With current CEO, Fidel Gutiérrez on board since 2010 and the fourth generation of the Gutiérrez family, G-Global has become a leading cross-border logistics solution between the US and Mexico. In response to our rapidly evolving global environment, he transformed the company from a customs brokerage firm to an integrated logistics solution.

Pros: I liked the team I worked with as a Software Engineer. Everyone was pretty supportive in the Seattle office, which is huge for morale in a big tech company. There were good opportunities to learn new tech in the backend development space.
Cons: The company culture felt a bit disconnected after we switched to a hybrid work model. It's tough to build strong bonds when you're not always together. Also, there's been some recent leadership turnover that's impacted team stability.
Advice to Management: Focus on rebuilding a cohesive company culture, especially with the hybrid work model. More transparent communication from leadership would help a lot with team stability.
