Pros: I've really appreciated the team atmosphere here. Everyone, from fellow Community Managers to leadership, is genuinely supportive and willing to help out, which makes tackling daily challenges much easier. The flexibility for remote work is a huge plus, especially living in Y Ffôr, Wales, and it really helps with maintaining a decent work-life balance. I've also had the chance to learn new digital tools and strategies, which is great for career growth in the online community management
Cons: While the company culture is great, sometimes communication can get a little spread out, especially with a largely remote setup. Also, clearer pathways for career progression within the company for roles like Community Manager could be more defined. It's a small team, so opportunities for advancement can feel a bit limited at times, and workload during peak campaign periods can get quite intense.
Advice to Management: Continue fostering the strong company culture that makes MUT a good place to work. Consider implementing more structured career development plans and enhancing communication protocols to ensure everyone feels consistently in the loop, especially as the team grows and continues to work flexibly across locations.

Pros: The base salary as a Data Analyst was pretty solid, especially for a mid-sized tech company. They do offer a basic 401k match, which is good. For entry-level data science roles, the pay is definitely competitive.
Cons: Health insurance premiums are really high, and the deductible is steep. I felt like I was paying a lot out-of-pocket, even with their plan. There aren't many extra perks or stock options, which you often see at other companies in the Bay Area.
Advice to Management: Management should seriously review the health insurance plans and consider lowering employee contributions. Adding some minor perks or better compensation for high-performing analytics teams would really help with retention.
