Remote Work is Good, But Demands are High
Pros: I've really enjoyed the WFH flexibility here. As a Software Engineer, the remote setup from Dallas is super convenient. You can largely set your own schedule, which is a huge plus for personal appointments.
Cons: The work-life balance can be tough at XtendOps. There's a lot of pressure to deliver, especially as a growing tech startup. Some weeks felt like 50+ hours, which isn't ideal for a long-term role.
Advice to Management: Maybe look into better workload management for the engineering teams. Burnout is real, even with remote work flexibility.

Leadership has good intentions, needs better execution.
Pros: Management here really tries to support remote Operations Specialists. They're pretty accessible for a startup in the BPO industry. You get direct feedback, which is good for individual growth.
Cons: Sometimes leadership makes quick decisions that aren't well-communicated. It's tough when they change priorities without much warning for us working remotely. There's a bit of disconnect between upper management and the frontline staff.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer communication from senior leadership to remote teams. Involve frontline Operations Specialists more in strategy changes; it'll help everyone adjust better.
