Pros: The best part is definitely the team environment. Everyone in private charter operations is very supportive, and we really pull together, especially during busy travel seasons. I've gained invaluable knowledge in this segment of the aviation industry and appreciate the hands-on learning. The flexibility to work remotely is also a significant plus.
Cons: While leadership is generally approachable, I sometimes feel a lack of clear long-term vision. This can make it hard to see defined career progression pathways. More proactive communication about company goals and how individual roles contribute to them would help boost morale and employee engagement.
Advice to Management: Please provide more clarity on the company's strategic roadmap and create more defined career development plans for employees. Regular town halls or Q&A sessions with senior leadership would also be very beneficial for fostering transparency and alignment.
