Pros: Leadership is very present and generally receptive to feedback, which is a big plus. They foster a collaborative atmosphere and encourage cross-functional learning. It's a fast-paced tech environment, so you'll definitely be challenged and learn a lot here. The team I worked with was fantastic.
Cons: While leadership is accessible, there have been instances where strategic direction felt a bit fluid, leading to occasional shifts in project priorities. This can sometimes make long-term planning a bit tricky for engineering teams. More consistent long-term vision would be beneficial.
