Pros: The health benefits package is pretty solid, honestly better than some other companies I've seen in the infrastructure sector. They do offer a decent vacation allowance too, which helps with work-life balance a bit.
Cons: However, the base salary for a Project Engineer is definitely on the lower side compared to the market. It's hard to feel like you're fairly compensated, especially with the demanding workload on large-scale infrastructure projects. Don't expect huge annual bonuses either.
Advice to Management: Management should seriously review the compensation structure for key roles like Project Engineers. Competitive salaries would really help with retention and attracting top talent for future infrastructure projects in Mexico City.
