We started building Marshmallow in 2017 to make migration easy. Since then we've grown to 700+ people, gained unicorn status, raised ~£140M, turned profitable, and insured millions of drivers and lent millions in loans.
We're only just getting started. Our goal is to become one of the largest financial services providers in the world - not just by scaling what we have, but by building what comes next.
To get there we need people who never settle for good enough. People who thrive here are hungry for ownership and focused on collective success over personal agendas. We're always looking for more of them.

Pros: The company culture at Marshmallow is a huge plus. Everyone is really collaborative and passionate about what we're building. As a marketing executive, I've had the chance to work on innovative campaigns and really make an impact. The learning opportunities in the insurtech space are fantastic, and the team is always willing to share knowledge. The flexible hybrid work model is also a great benefit.
Cons: Being a relatively young company in the fintech sector, there are times when processes are still being ironed out, which can lead to some minor inefficiencies or a feeling of rapid change. Sometimes project priorities can shift quite quickly, which requires adaptability. It's not always the most structured environment, but that's often the trade-off for being in a dynamic startup.
Advice to Management: Keep fostering the strong team spirit and collaborative culture. Continue investing in professional development for employees and refining internal processes to support growth effectively.
