Pros: My direct manager for Software Engineer roles was generally supportive and fought for our team's resources, even helping maintain decent 40-hour work weeks. We also get pretty solid benefits for a big tech company. The hybrid work model is a plus for work flexibility.
Cons: Upper leadership often changes direction without much explanation, which is frustrating. There's not a lot of transparency from the top, making it hard to see the big picture. This trickles down and slows project progress quite a bit within our corporate structure.
