Pros: The role provided excellent foundational experience in the competitive tech staffing industry. I appreciated the exposure to various clients and the opportunity to develop my prospecting and communication skills daily. The team members I worked with were often collaborative and genuinely tried to help each other succeed, creating a decent workplace atmosphere.
Cons: Management could be more hands-on with clear guidance and feedback, especially for junior staff. Sometimes it felt like we were left to figure things out independently. The internal tools and CRM processes could also be more streamlined to improve efficiency.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more structured training programs and providing more frequent, direct feedback to help employees navigate challenges and develop professionally.

Pros: The base salary for Technical Recruiter roles in the Dublin office is pretty competitive for a mid-sized company. I also liked the solid health insurance benefit; it's a good safety net. The commission structure for tech staffing placements was pretty clear, too.
Cons: Bonuses outside of standard commissions aren't really a thing here, which can be tough. There's not much room for salary negotiation after your initial offer, which is a bummer. The pension contribution isn't as generous as some other firms in the industry.
Advice to Management: Consider reviewing the overall benefits package and adding some non-commission based bonuses or better pension options to attract and retain top talent for recruitment roles.
