As a Data Modeler, I got to work on some really interesting and complex data and analytics consulting projects with major clients across different industries. The technical team was brilliant, always willing to share knowledge and collaborate effectively. The compensation package, including salary and benefits, was quite competitive for the Sydney market, which is a big plus. They also offer decent flexibility with work arrangements, which helps a lot
Cons: While career growth is definitely possible, the path to promotion could be a bit clearer and more structured, especially for senior Data Modeler roles.
