Great Place to Grow in Travel Tech
Pros: I really appreciate the collaborative atmosphere among the engineering teams. Everyone's willing to help out, which is great for learning new technologies in this fast-paced travel tech industry. There are decent opportunities for upskilling and career development, and my colleagues are genuinely supportive. It's a hybrid work model, which offers good flexibility, especially for software engineering roles.
Cons: Sometimes, internal communication could be clearer, especially regarding project roadmap changes. This means you occasionally need to seek out information yourself. Also, the approval process for new tools or major infrastructure changes can feel a bit slow and bureaucratic. It's not a deal-breaker, but it occasionally impacts project velocity and can be frustrating when you're trying to move fast.
