Good learning environment, but compensation needs a boost

Working as a Junior Data Analyst at Adjust in Beijing, I found the company culture generally positive. The analytics team is collaborative and the work involves interesting challenges in the mobile attribution and marketing analytics space. While the pay could be more competitive, the learning opportunities and supportive colleagues make it a decent place to start a career.


Pros

The best part about working at Adjust, especially in the Beijing office, is the team. Everyone is really willing to help you learn and grow. As a junior employee, I felt supported and encouraged to take on new tasks. The work itself, focusing on mobile marketing analytics and data, is genuinely engaging and provides a solid foundation for anyone interested in this tech industry sector. The company offers a hybrid work model which is great for flexibility.


Cons

My main concern is around compensation and benefits. For the level of work and responsibility, the salary and benefits package feels a bit behind industry standards for similar roles in Beijing. While the experience is valuable, I often felt it didn't quite match what peers in other tech companies were earning. Also, while leadership is generally good, communication sometimes feels a bit disconnected from the ground level.
