Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications
Design systems and contribute to architecture decisions (basic design level)
Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and related technologies
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality practices
Perform unit testing, validation, and support deployments across environments (DEV/STG/PROD)
Monitor systems post-release and conduct ongoing maintenance
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams
Work effectively within cross-cultural and international development teams
Proactively identify improvement opportunities in systems and processes
Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including AI tools, and recommend adoption strategies

5+ years of software development experience as a Software Engineer
Strong system design and hands-on development capability
Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong ownership mindset with proactive attitude
Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar)
Technical Skills (Required)
Java (Spring Boot, Batch)
MySQL and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB)
Cloud/data technologies (e.g. GCS, BigQuery, DataProc or equivalents)
Kafka or similar messaging platforms
Git for version control
Jira or equivalent project management tools
Preferred Skills
