職務内容
Design, build, and improve trading and operational systems used by the Tokyo trading team
Modernize legacy tools into scalable and maintainable platforms without disrupting operations
Develop full stack applications using modern frameworks (frontend, backend, and data layers)
Automate workflows and enhance efficiency across trading processes
Operate and enhance cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), improving monitoring and reliability
Own data pipelines, ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability for Japan operations
Collaborate with traders and regional technology teams to deliver practical solutions
Act as a key technical liaison and support critical systems, including occasional on-call involvement
理想の人材
Experience building and operating modern web applications (e.g., JavaScript frameworks, Python-based backends)
Hands-on cloud experience (AWS and/or Azure), including monitoring and troubleshooting
Strong data engineering fundamentals (pipelines, validation, performance tuning)
Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
Strong ownership mindset with a results-driven approach
Effective collaboration skills in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
English and Japanese (N3 or more) bilingual
