Pros: As a Software Engineer, the hybrid model at AET80 is pretty good. I can work remote a couple days a week from my Seattle apartment, which helps a lot. It's nice not always commuting to the office.
Cons: Sometimes project deadlines get tough, especially for new feature rollouts in our tech industry. You'll definitely have weeks where 50+ hours happen. It's not consistent, but it does pop up.
