Pros: You get to wear a lot of hats in this mid-sized tech company. It's great for gaining diverse experience, especially in backend development. I appreciated the remote work flexibility too.
Cons: Career growth here is tough for engineering roles. There wasn't a clear path for promotion as a Software Engineer. It felt like I just kept doing the same thing with no clear progression.
Advice to Management: Build out clearer career ladders and promotion criteria for all engineering roles. It'll help people see a future here and prevent good talent from leaving.
