Pros: The best part about working at Wetacoo is definitely the work flexibility. Being able to work remotely most of the time has been fantastic for managing personal life. The team I was on was supportive and collaborative, and the projects were generally interesting, providing good exposure to modern development practices within the tech industry. The Rome office culture is quite relaxed.
Cons: While flexibility is great, sometimes communication from leadership feels a bit unclear regarding long-term strategy or project priorities. This can lead to some uncertainty. Also, the pace can feel slow at times, especially when waiting for decisions or approvals, which sometimes hinders quick progress on tasks.
Advice to Management: Consider more transparent communication on strategic goals and project roadmaps. Regular Q&A sessions with leadership could help align teams and build confidence.
