Pros: The best part of working at miscusi is definitely the team atmosphere. Everyone pitches in, and there's a real sense of camaraderie, especially during busy shifts. It's a lively environment in the heart of Milan, and you learn a lot about quick service and customer interaction in the Italian restaurant sector. The focus on fresh ingredients is also a nice touch.
Cons: Sometimes, staffing levels don't quite match demand, leading to stressful rushes where it feels like we're spread too thin. Communication between shifts or departments could also be smoother. While there are opportunities to move up, the path isn't always super clear or supported with extensive training for more senior roles.
Advice to Management: Consider investing more in advanced training for shift leaders and supervisors to help manage peak times more effectively. Clearer communication channels would also boost overall efficiency.
