Valuable logistics experience, but internal processes need refinement
Pros: I really appreciated the opportunity to dive deep into supply chain operations at LAPM. The team environment was mostly supportive, and I felt like I was contributing to meaningful projects. It's a good place to gain practical experience in logistics and manufacturing, especially if you're looking to understand the Italian market. The exposure to different facets of the supply chain was a definite plus.
Cons: While the work itself was engaging, there were challenges with clear communication channels, which sometimes led to inefficiencies. Project clarity could be improved, and there's room for more structured professional development paths for employees. Sometimes, the pace felt a bit overwhelming without always clear direction, which could be better managed with more defined team leads on complex initiatives.
Advice to Management: Focus on enhancing cross-departmental communication and defining clearer project ownership. Investing in structured training programs would also greatly benefit employee development and retention.
