Pros: Working at CT PACK has been a pretty stable experience. The team I work with in manufacturing is really solid; we always pitch in to help each other out, especially during busy production runs. I've learned a ton about automated packaging solutions and gained practical skills. Management is usually accessible and willing to listen, and the job security feels very reliable, which is important.
Cons: While the day-to-day work is engaging, opportunities for significant career growth within the engineering or management track seem limited without external experience. Sometimes, communication about upcoming projects or changes could be more proactive from higher up. The pay and benefits are competitive for this area of the packaging industry, but not outstanding.
Advice to Management: Consider creating clearer pathways for internal career progression and invest more in cross-departmental training to foster growth opportunities. Also, enhance proactive communication regarding company-wide initiatives or changes.
