We are looking for Senior Full Stack Engineers (5–10 years experience) with strong expertise in Java-based microservices and React frontend development, to build scalable systems in the international banking domain.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot microservices) and React
Build scalable and high-performance distributed systems
Work on system design, performance tuning, and architectural improvements
Ensure code quality through best practices in SDLC, testing, and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
Required Skills
5–10 years of software development experience
Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
Hands-on experience in React (frontend development)
Python/TypeScript acceptable for some backend components.
Good understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems
Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (GitOps preferred)
Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, and performance engineering
Understanding of database scaling, sharding, and consistency models
Good grasp of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis
Strong communication skills

Experience in A/B testing and feature flagging
Exposure to banking or financial domain
