The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize development processes and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues efficiently.
- Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
