About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Database Developer to join our dynamic team at HCLTech. This role is pivotal in supporting our ongoing development projects, focusing on database design, optimization, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing stored procedures and triggers, with the ability to analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights. The Senior Database Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and clients, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of database solutions. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8+ years of experience in database development and management. A strong proficiency in writing and optimizing stored procedures and triggers is essential, with a proficiency level of at least five stars. Experience in data analysis, with a proficiency level of four stars, is also required. Candidates with additional skills in assistant management or team coordination will have an advantage. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred. Certifications in database management or related technologies will be considered an added benefit. The candidate should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
