As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges in a cloud-first environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and technical approaches.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong experience in both frontend and backend development technologies relevant to Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and agile development practices.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance.
- Experience with integration of diverse software components and APIs.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
