Job Description: Full Stack Developer (React.js + Python)
About the Role
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and working knowledge of Python to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building modern, responsive user interfaces while contributing to backend services and APIs. The primary focus will be frontend development, with opportunities to work across the full technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React.js.
- Build responsive, reusable, and accessible UI components.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop and maintain backend APIs and business logic using Python.
- Work with databases to design, optimize, and maintain application data.
- Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
Required Skills
- 4–8 years of experience in full stack web development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar.
- Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficiency in Python for backend development.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to unit testing and frontend testing frameworks.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
