Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile mindset. Engaging in problem-solving discussions and contributing to the overall project strategy will be key aspects of your role, ensuring that the solutions you develop are both effective and efficient.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Spring Boot, React.js.
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries.
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
